No, we do not appraise land, homes, commercial properties or any other kind of real estate.
Do you appraise household personal property or antiques?
No, we only appraise machinery and equipment.
Do you travel outside of Michigan?
Yes, we have appraised assets across the United States, and in Canada and Mexico. We travel where needed to conduct our appraisals.
Do you have experience with inventories?
Yes, our inventory experience ranges from retail inventories to manufacturing type inventories.
What is your confidentiality policy?
We adhere to a strict confidentiality policy. We only discuss the project with the client contracted with unless otherwise directed by the client.
Who is responsible for payment on the appraisal?
Whoever we are directly engaged with or as stated on the project engagement.
How can I get a copy of an appraisal?
Only the client who contracted with us to perform the appraisal can get a copy, or the client can direct us in writing to provide a copy to another party.
